Return and Refund Policy

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items Final sale items, gift cards, and intimate apparel are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at support@soarishop.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions within 2 business days.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@soarishop.com to request an exchange.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective
